Lakhimpur Kheri Case: Ashish Mishra ने किया सरेंडर, SC ने रद्द की थी जमानत | वनइंडिया हिंदी

Ashish Mishra, the main accused in the Lakhimpur Kheri violence and son of Minister of State for Home Ajay Mishra Teni, surrendered before the trial court on Sunday, before the Supreme Court rejected Ashish Mishra's bail. Also, he was asked to appear before the court in a week. After which the accused Ashish Mishra surrendered before the magistrate.

लखीमपुर खीरी में हुई हिंसा के मुख्य आरोपी और गृहराज्य मंत्री अजय मिश्रा टेनी के बेटे आशीष मिश्रा ने रविवार को निचली अदालत के सामने सरेंडर कर दिया,इससे पहले सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आशीष मिश्र की जमानत खारिज कर दी थी. साथ ही उन्हें एक हफ्ते में कोर्ट के सामने पेश होने के लिए कहा गया था. जिसके बाद आरोपी आशीष मिश्र ने मजिस्ट्रेट के सामने सरेंडर कर दिया.
